What happens if I am not in network?
That's okay! There is a possibility that you may have out-of-network benefits. Here is how you can find out:

Call your insurance provider and ask if you have mental health out-of-network benefits and if it covers telehealth sessions

Ask if CPT codes 90791 and 90837 will be covered

Find out what percentage of the cost will be reimbursed after meeting your deductible
I provide monthly superbills with all the information that is needed for insurance reimbursement.
If you do not have out-of-network benefits and are still interested in working together, the out of pocket cost is $180 per session.
Do you offer in person sessions?
I do not provide in-person sessions at the moment. I only provide telehealth sessions through Alma, a HIPAA compliant platform.
How long do therapy sessions last?
Our sessions are one hour long
What will our first session be like?
Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other a little better! We'll talk about the things that are bringing you to therapy at this time, the things that have been on your mind, and what you hope to get out of our time together.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations require a 24 hour notice. If I am notified of a cancellation after that timeframe, you will be charged the full session fee.
